As England prepares to go into another lockdown, we’re asking readers to share their suggestions for staying resilient

The UK lockdown announced in March upended our way of life and presented us all with challenges we never dreamed of facing: queuing for basic necessities; not being able to meet new relatives; not saying goodbye to old ones.

But amid the hardship and hard-hitting headlines were stories of kindness and generosity; of resilience in the face of adversity and people finding new ways to pull together.

Many of us developed coping strategies, personal practices that helped us boost our resilience. As England heads into another lockdown, we want to hear about those strategies and share some of them with readers to help them through the weeks and months ahead.
